What is STRESS? “A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.”

> Stress is a natural part of life.
> Nature’s built-in alarm system (support you and to keep you safe and healthy)
> Control your mood, motivation and fear.
> Cortisol, (or hydrocortisone) is released in times of heightened tension or pure exhilaration.
