You Don’t Have To Live With High Blood Pressure!

Advances in modern medicine and pharmaceutical science that have taken place over the past 25 years have been relatively significant. In addition, more people have access to more medicines and treatment modalities for countless diseases and illnesses than ever before. Despite these advances, more people are suffering from hypertension [high blood pressure] today than they were 25 years ago. According to the Center for Disease Control, and WebMD, nearly 30% of Americans have high blood pressure. The portion of Americans reporting they have hypertension rose nearly 10% from 2005 to 2009. About 26% of Americans reported they had hypertension in 2005. In 2009, more than 28% of Americans reported they had hypertension. Why is this so? What is the root cause for the upsurge of this notorious ‘silent killer’?

While there are many external [physical] factors that contribute to the cause of hypertension such as smoking, obesity, eating too much salt, lack of exercise, and drinking, I submit to you that the central culprit responsible for this ‘silent killer’ rests with the awareness that there is something else within each individual that creates resistance in the normal flow of blood throughout the body which causes the pressure to rise above its norm. In simplier terms, it’s not just physical! It is mental! Yes, it is true that eating low calorie foods, exercising, quitting smoking and drinking will help lower one’s blood pressure! However, if one is to have lasting results while changing these damaging health habits, one musthave a complete transformation of the psyche. Recognize that your belief system [the thoughts you keep thinking] about yourself and the world around you are what triggers and significantly maintains the resistance in your blood flow. The outward representation of negative beliefs show up in the form of unhealthy eating habits, neglect of the physical body, stress, worry, anxiety and a whole host of other negative emotions!

Consider this! The way to transform the psyche and to reverse the progression of ill health is to let go of everything that does not serve your highest good. Sounds good? Sure, but just how does one do that? You can do this by using a very simple, ancient, powerful process called Meditation. No, this is not some type of mumbo jumbo, airey fairy, whacha-ma-call-it! This is a real process that has been practiced for thousands of years by multiple cultures all over the world. And you don’t need a prescription or money to experience it’s powerful benefits! There is lots of science behind this process that explains how and what Meditation does to transform negative activity and reverse harmful mental and physical illnesses, including Hypertension. You do not have to take my word for it. Just look it up for yourself.

Meditation is an art, just like playing an instrument. The more you practice, the better it gets and the healthier you get. It may not be easy to do at first. No worries! Just keep practicing it everyday for about 15 to 20 minutes. Everybody has 24 hours each day. Besides, 15 to 20 minutes is not a lot of time, but it is just enough time to generate lasting results.
